Does AuthoriseMe handle reporting to the Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO)?
AuthoriseMe handles reporting to the relevant authorities where this is part of the agreed service. Before the relevant authority reporting deadlines, we contact customers and request the data needed for the submission.
Reporting directly to the respective Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) is currently not included in our standard service. The customer remains responsible for submitting the required quantity data directly to the PRO in accordance with the applicable reporting frequency.
We are working on solutions that will make the submission of reporting data through the AuthoriseMe platform easier in the future. If you require additional support with the preparation or review of reporting data, this may be available as a separate service subject to additional fees.
