European EPR law requires one, and we make it simple.
Regulatory background
The PPWR (EU 2025/40) has applied since 12 August 2026. Article 45(3) requires non-established producers to appoint an authorised representative in every country they sell into.
Who needs one?
Any company placing packaged goods on EU markets without a registered office there: e-commerce sellers, marketplace vendors and cross-border distributors.
What does the AR do?
Registers with national authorities, reports packaging volumes, manages EPR system filings and acts as the official regulatory contact, on your behalf.
Risks of non-compliance
No representative means blocked market access and fines, and you cannot sell in that country. The obligation already applies.
