What do I need for packaging EPR in Austria?
For Austria, you generally need an Authorised Representative, participation in an Austrian Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) and the required Power of Attorney. If you use Reclay Systems Austria, a flat-rate PRO contract for packaging quantities up to and including 1,500 kg costs EUR 150 per year and is separate from AuthoriseMe fees. For onboarding, we require proof of the PRO contract, the paid AuthoriseMe invoice and the notarised Power of Attorney.
