Does appointing an Authorised Representative replace my other EPR obligations?
No. The appointment of an Authorised Representative is one part of the overall EPR setup and does not automatically replace the producer's other obligations.
Depending on the country and EPR stream, you may still need an EPR registration, participation in a Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO), licensing of the relevant quantities and periodic reporting. The Authorised Representative fulfils the role assigned to it under the applicable national framework, but the surrounding EPR obligations remain relevant.

Where possible and required, we also arrange the initial PRO setup. Ongoing reporting directly to the PRO is currently not included in the standard service and remains the customer's responsibility.
